Objectives
Happy and diverse network of increasing members
MiB’s image attracts people from diverse backgrounds to join as members. Also mothers who work and mothers of school-aged children consider membership to be meaningful. We aim to grow the amount of our members between 2021-2023.
Vibrant and growing local chapters
Mothers all over Finland feel motivated to join MiB. Virtual events are open to all and support the work of local chapters. Local chapters work in a way that enables them to welcome a growing number of members, serve different target groups and organize volunteering activities based on MiB’s values.
Volunteering supports professional competence development and enhances wellbeing
Volunteering at MiB is inspiring, supports competence development and brings about positive change in working life. The experience and skills gained through our volunteering activities are valued in working life. Our active volunteers are the happiest volunteers in the world. A sufficient number of committed volunteers are engaged in our work to enable growth and to keep our service promise to our members.
