What are the membership benefits?
We offer events for building skills and networking opportunities. At the same time, we advocate for gender equality and family-friendliness in working life. With over 4,000 members all over Finland, MiB provides peer support and valuable networking opportunities for both working life and everyday challenges.
MiB membership is paid as a one-time fee for one calendar year.

Take part in important work for a better working life!
As a Support member, you support MiB's work to promote equality and family-friendliness in working life. This is a good option if you want to support MiB's activities without actively participating.
Membership is valid for one calendar year.
As a MiB Support member:
You support our advocacy work for equality and family-friendliness in working life.
You will receive MiB's monthly newsletter by email.
You can participate in all events open to the public.
You will influence MiB's activities and priorities in the future: as a member, you will have the highest decision-making power at the association's meetings.
MiB Pro 49 €
Grow your networks and develop professionally with MiB!
As a Pro member, you can participate in hundreds of member events to network and develop your skills.
You can apply for MiB's training and mentoring programs, and you will have access to the member portal's event recording library and closed discussion groups for members.
As a MiB Pro member:
You can participate in hundreds of member events and company visits every year
You can grow your professional networks at events and in member groups.
You can apply for regularly scheduled training and mentoring programs.
