Uraäitien verkosto Mothers in Businessin johto on uudistunut aiemmin puheenjohtajana toimineen Susannan Mikkosen siirryttyä yhdistyksen työntekijäksi. Uudeksi puheenjohtajaksi valittiin Marika Koivuniemi yhdistyksen ylimääräisessä kokouksessa 4.9.2021. English below.
Mothers in Business MiB ry:n ylimääräisessä kokouksessa 4.9.2021 valittiin yhdistyksen hallitukselle uusi puheenjohtaja Marika Koivuniemi. Koivuniemi on aiemmin toiminut yhdistyksen varapuheenjohtajana ja MiBin paikallisvastaavana Oulussa.
Yhdistyksen uudeksi varapuheenjohtajaksi hallitus valitsi Saara Unnanlahden Tampereelta. Unnanlahti vastaa hallituksessa talousasioista.
Lisäksi Mothers in Business on palkannut toimintansa tueksi uusia työntekijöitä.
MiBin hallituksen entinen puheenjohtaja, Susanna Mikkonen, on siirtynyt MiBin ohjelmavastaavaksi. Mikkonen toimii vapaaehtois- ja vertaistoiminnan, työn ja perheen yhteensovittamisen sekä osaamisen kehittämisen asiantuntijana.
Kajsa Ekroos on uuden MiB International-projektin vastaava, joka luotsaa kansainvälisten äitien toimintaa MiBissä. Kajsalle MiB on tuttu ennestään jäsenen roolista.

Mothers in Business elected a new chairperson
The management of Mothers in Business, the network for career mothers, has been renewed after the previous chairwoman, Susanna Mikkonen, became an employee of the association. Marika Koivuniemi was elected as the new chairwoman at the extraordinary meeting of the association on September 4, 2021.
At the extraordinary meeting of Mothers in Business MiB association on September 4, 2021, Marika Koivuniemi was elected as the new chairwoman of the association's board. Koivuniemi has previously served as the association's vice chairwoman and MiB's local manager in Oulu.
The board elected Saara Unnanlahti from Tampere as the new vice chairwoman of the association. Unnanlahti is responsible for financial matters in the Board.
In addition, Mothers in Business has hired new employees to support its operations.
Susanna Mikkonen, the former chairwoman of the Board, has started as MiB’s program manager and works as an expert in volunteer management and competence development as well as issues related to reconciling work and family life.
Project manager Kajsa Ekroos is in charge of the new MiB International project, which focuses on supporting the activities of international mothers at MiB. Kajsa is familiar with MiB through the role of a member.
